normally it should be the other way round, that YOU ask ME if there are any problems with this forum, but today I could need some help ot maybe suggestions.
The old forum, that has been set-up by Dockyard somewhere in 2005 has been "Snitz Forum 2000" software and after it got spammed so much the old forum has been converted to a new one, this one, a phpBB 3 forum. I got help on this, because I am not used to it that much.
It worked out quite good. The only thing that didn't work is that a lot of old forum code is still not shown correctly in this forum. I started editing that a while ago, for example the quoting of posts is shown wrong in this forum and the font format as well. What is more: the old signatures are integrated in the posts and shown twice now, because they are attached to the posts as well.
Is there anybody in this forum who has an idea how we could fix that?! I think it would be far too much work, editing all single posts by myself. Would be cool if there would be a possibility to "scan" the postings or the content of the forum and edit it automatically, but as I said I don't know how this could be done and therefore need your help out there.
Would be cool to fix the posts in this forum although they are old ones!
